The mandate
Forsters has advised The Corporation of Trinity House for more than 20 years, acting as a long-term trusted adviser across its real estate interests, with particular focus on Trinity Village, its mixed-use estate in Borough, South East London.
The estate comprises a diverse mix of residential and commercial assets, including residential properties let on reversionary leases, short-term lets and commercial premises. Our role is to help Trinity House protect and enhance the value of the estate while supporting its long-term strategic objectives.
Our role
Working closely with Trinity House and its managing agents, we provide integrated legal support across all aspects of estate management and asset optimisation.
