We advise Gascoyne Estates Limited, which manages Lord Cecil’s diverse property holdings across London, Hertfordshire and Dorset. The London estate spans a prominent mixed-use portfolio surrounding Leicester Square and Charing Cross Road, encompassing iconic entertainment venues, theatres and significant residential assets. Working in close partnership with the Gascoyne Estates team, we provide ongoing advice on the management, leasing and development of the estate and have played a key role in projects contributing to the continued evolution and regeneration of Leicester Square.
