Lighthouse Building, King’s Cross – UK Real Estate Limited

We acted on behalf of UK Real Estate Limited on the acquisition, redevelopment and pre-letting of the Lighthouse building adjacent to King’s Cross station, providing 24,000 sqft of high quality office and retail space. The scheme, which has been let to flexible office operator, Landmark, provided a number of unique challenges given the site’s location above two underground train tunnels and the retention of the listed part of the building’s façade. Forsters also subsequented on its financing, as part of a portfolio wide refinancing.
