Alison Fairchild

Alison is Head of HR and Talent and is responsible for our HR strategy which encompasses talent management and reward, employee engagement, talent acquisition and health and wellbeing.  Alison works closely with our leadership team to advise, lead and drive positive change across the business.

With a career spanning over two decades in professional services, Alison works hard to balance the development and implementation of people strategies alongside doing the right thing for the firm.

Alison is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.  She also holds the Henley Business School Certificate in Executive Coaching and an ACAS Certificate in Internal Workplace Mediation.  Alison is a member of the firm’s Responsible Business committee, Diversity and Inclusion committee and Faith Support network. She also volunteers at the Refugees’ Lunch Club, a long-standing project that has been spearheaded by Forsters for over seven years.

Tom Heselden

Sarah-Jane Muskett-Green

Sarah makes sure everything ticks operationally at Forsters. From setting the strategy to overseeing the various functions and teams under the operations umbrella, her focus is on our clients having the best experience when they interact with the firm and our lawyers being able to operate at their best.

This includes Secretarial Services, Facilities/Workplace Services (including outsourced Front of House and Catering) and the Project Management Office (PMO). As an experienced change leader with 25 years’ experience in support leadership roles in professional services, including two of the Big Four accountancy firms, Sarah has led numerous improvement and transformational change programmes since she joined Forsters in 2015, including the firm’s recent move from Mayfair to our new building in Marylebone.

Anthony Stables

Responsible for overseeing information technology at Forsters, Anthony’s experience in creating efficiencies and managing risk through technology adoption and innovation spans four decades. 

Focused on delivering value for clients by leveraging technology, Anthony’s leadership role sees him overseeing the firm’s technology strategy formulation and implementation, information security, IT development, and service delivery.  Anthony is a member of the firm’s Green Impact network, ensuring that technology is a core part of our move to net zero.

Sharon Tattan

Sharon is head of our Learning and Development team, which facilitates and supports people across the firm to enhance their professional skills and maximise performance in their roles. The team offer skills courses for all employees, as well as tailored development programmes including leadership development.

Sharon designs and deliver training sessions and engages external experts to bring specialist skillsets to our offering. She collaborates with other teams within Forsters to understand development needs and to leverage subject matter expertise on relevant topics.

In addition, Sharon offers 1:1 coaching and engages external coaches for partner/team development. As part of the firmwide Talent Programme, she supports retention of talent through informal development activities, such as mentoring programmes and promoting a culture of feedback for on-the-job learning.

Miri Stickland

Miri is Head of Knowledge at Forsters where she is responsible for developing and delivering the firm’s knowledge management strategy.

She leads a team of specialist Knowledge Development Lawyers and Library and Information Services professionals. Together they support the business in collaborating for excellence by delivering the resources, know how and training needed to ensure exceptional outcomes for clients.

Alongside our Chief Information Officer, Miri leads on the strategic implementation of legal technology at Forsters to achieve more efficient ways of working and manage risk. She also works closely with the firm’s Head of Learning and Development to ensure Forsters’ people’s professional development from early years onwards is fully supported.

Miri’s background is as a real estate lawyer. Following over 10 years as a transactional lawyer at a City firm, she joined Forsters as a Knowledge Development Lawyer in the Commercial Real Estate team, before moving into the firmwide Head of Knowledge role in 2022.

Nadine has a deep understanding of the legal sector, having worked within law firms for over three decades. Her focus lies in bringing the client voice into Forsters and thereby ensuring that everything the firm does resonates with clients and drives results.

Aamir Shaheen
