She advises clients on capital instructions in the market and acts for landlord and tenants on all aspects of freehold and leasehold transactions. Her practice focuses on properties held by livery companies, charities and funds which include retail, industrial and office assets.
She acts for investment managers representing institutional investors, charities that hold investment properties and livery companies, and has also acted for major shopping centre owners and pension funds on large shopping centres across the UK.
