Sarah is a Senior Associate in the Commercial Real Estate team where she has over a decade of experience handling a wide range of commercial property maters, including development projects and investment transactions within the office, industrial and retail sectors.
Working closely with our specialist teams, notably planning, construction and tax, she has advised a diverse client base, ranging from multinationals and investment funds to developers and high net worth individuals. She is particularly focused on the retail sector, acting for retailers and developers alike, where she has a decade of experience in dealing with acquisitions and lettings for high profile clients.
Combining her breadth of experience with a practical, solutions-focused approach, Sarah helps her clients to realise their goals. She prides herself on her ability to collaborate effectively with our specialist teams, clients and other parties, with the aim of driving deals forward to achieve the client’s desired results.
Sarah also plays a key role in nurturing the next generation of solicitors, delivering frequent training to trainees, supervising juniors in the team and contributing to our firm-wide mentoring.
