Andrea Deslandes
Conveyancer, Commercial Real EstateAndrea is a Conveyancer in the Commercial Real Estate Team and focuses largely on commercial residential property transactions.
She has over 15 years’ experience of case management dealing with a wide range of property matters for both UK and internationally established investors and joint ventures, including five of the UK top Developers and Housing Associations.
To date she has dealt with private developers and social housing providers on the sales of development of land such as plot sales that include the creation of contract packs and associated transfers of part, leases, and shared ownership leases for both flats and houses.
Andrea joined Forsters in July 2023.
