Commercial and corporate disputes

A man in a light blue shirt holds documents and a pen, speaking in a modern meeting room with another person slightly blurred in the foreground.

Commercial and corporate disputes

Managing disputes requires skill, sensitivity, and a tailored approach. At Forsters, our dispute resolution team offers sophisticated and commercial advice to businesses (both start-ups and those that are more established) and high-net-worth individuals, ensuring each case is managed with the client’s needs and desired outcome at the heart of our strategy.

We handle a wide range of disputes, both domestic and international, across all forums. Our team excels in litigation and arbitration, as well as negotiation and mediation, all focused to protect your interests. Collaborating with colleagues from across the firm when needed, we aim to provide clear, strategic advice on the best dispute resolution approach and forum at an early stage, taking into account the risks, the likely timespan and potential cost. The aim is to ensure that you achieve the desired outcome efficiently and effectively. While we are proud to have acted in high-profile cases, we are similarly proud that many of the disputes in which we are instructed are successfully resolved before reaching a court or tribunal.

Our partner-led approach means you always have the right lawyer or team of lawyers ready to provide strategic and practical guidance. Our lawyers are all highly qualified, combining technical expertise with exceptional people skills. This allows us to support you through disputes with minimal disruption to your business and life.
