The UK litigation funding market is thriving, and third-party funding is now a mainstream option for financing claimant litigation. A well-structured funding and appropriate After the Event (ATE) insurance package can effectively de-risk your litigation in exchange for a reduced return upon success. This approach is increasingly attractive to a diverse range of claimants, from large corporations and investor groups right through to private individuals.
At Forsters, we’re well-equipped to guide you through the available funding solutions and assist in negotiating and securing terms. We maintain strong relationships with the major third-party funders, ATE insurance providers, and brokers in order to ensure that you receive the best advice and support. While the specifics of funded cases remain confidential, Forsters has secured litigation funding for some of the most high-profile cases in the High Court in recent years.
