Rory Jutton
Rory is an Associate in the Employment and Partnerships team at Forsters. Rory advises both individuals and employers on a variety of complex contentious and non-contentious matters.
Recommended for his empathetic, detailed orientated approach, Rory understands the importance of learning what is most important to his clients in order to help ensure they achieve the best possible outcome.

Rory has worked with employer clients across the education, commercial, sport and charity sectors. Rory regularly advises clients on conducting disciplinary and grievance processes, managing redundancy consultation exercises and handling sickness absence amongst others.
Rory has also successfully advised clients in claims of unfair dismissal, whistleblowing detriment and discrimination in the Employment Tribunal. Further, Rory frequently supports clients in negotiating effective resolutions with employees through the use of settlement agreements.
Rory also regularly advises employee clients with an array of different issues including negotiating the contents of settlement agreements. In addition, Rory has even successfully advised an employee client who brought a claim of discrimination on the grounds of race in the Employment Tribunal.
