Susan Church
Susan is a Chartered Legal Executive in the Commercial Real Estate team where she advises on landlord and tenant and estate management matters. She primarily acts for clients with large property portfolios carrying out management work, including licences to alter, underlet and assign, deeds of variation, surrenders and supplemental leases.
Susan has vast experience in dealing with utilities connections to both new properties and for upgrades to older established premises, where she handles deeds of easement and substation leases. Her practice also includes dealing with documenting franchising matters such as new leases and surrenders.
Susan takes a great interest in her clients, taking time to understand their needs and expectations together with their aims and ambitions for the business; she enjoys translating this knowledge to offer tailored advice and support for each client.
