Harleen is the Recruitment Advisor, overseeing the end-to-end recruitment processes for all levels of seniority across the Business Support teams.
This entails developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies and delivering the highest level of service to stakeholders in the organisation across Finance, BD & Marketing, HR, and IT.
Lauren is the Learning and Development and Early Careers Coordinator, supporting both the wider Learning and Development team and the Early Careers Recruitment Manager.
She plays a key role in supporting the firm’s Early Careers programmes, including organising and coordinating open days, assessment days and vacation schemes.
In addition, she coordinates the logistics for in-house training sessions and development programmes, contributing to the smooth running of firmwide learning initiatives. Working closely with the L&D team, Lauren helps implement tailored development opportunities that support individual growth and promote a culture of continuous learning across the firm.
Lynn works with the Responsible Business team to shape, implement and embed strategic and operational initiatives at the firm. Lynn brings over 15 years of experience, having worked both as a consultant and inhouse to help organisations develop their approach to social and environmental aspects. Her expertise includes sustainability communications, stakeholder engagement and the integration of responsible business practices into core business operations. At Forsters, Lynn collaborates closely with colleagues across the firm to drive initiatives that enhance and support the firm’s overall approach and build resilience.
Lizzie leads the Responsible Business team at Forsters. She works across our culture, communities, environment and collaboration responsible business pillars to ensure the firm is supporting our people to thrive and making a positive contribution to the wider community and planet. She is passionate about the role of business in supporting wider society and environmental sustainability, and supporting action which can drive longer term change.
Lizzie spent several years working within the non-profit sector, including running strategic, communications, policy and operational projects, before transferring to the corporate sector. She worked at RBS and Virgin prior to joining Forsters, and is a Fellow of the highly regarded On Purpose programme.
Ayat works in our Responsible Business team, playing a key role in advancing our social value and sustainability agenda. She brings expertise and passion to championing the firm’s approach by planning, facilitating and embedding a wide range of initiatives across community engagement, environmental sustainability, diversity and inclusion, and pro bono work.
She actively collaborates with colleagues across the firm and with external partners to drive change and promote positive outcomes.
Ayat is also a member of the Institute for Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability and holds a practitioner qualification in the field.
Ellie works in the Responsible Business team, leading on a number of social impact programmes including social mobility, diversity and inclusion, community partnerships and fundraising. Ellie thrives on collaboration with her colleagues across the firm to define the strategic direction and implementation plans that ensure that action is aligned with the firm’s goals and designed to deliver measurable impact.
Ellie’s previous experience includes corporate partnerships at the Alzheimer’s Society working with companies to tailor their approach to community engagement and maximise the value they can contribute to the charity’s objectives.
Rishi is the Recruitment Manager at Forsters and manages the hiring process of all professional staff. Recruitment is a key part of Forsters’ HR function and he is ultimately responsible for attracting and sourcing the very best talent for the firm.
His remit has a particular focus on fee earner hires at all levels (from associate to partner) including paralegals (or equivalent). He also oversees and manages business services recruitment function at all levels of seniority.
Rishi is a former solicitor and has extensive legal hiring expertise and knowledge, having previously worked in the legal recruitment agency sector and inhouse recruitment function at a city law firm.
As a Learning and Development Advisor, Krupa is responsible for overseeing the growth and development of trainees.
Her role involves creating a supportive environment that fosters both professional and personal development, ensuring junior lawyers are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to succeed in their careers.
Emma is the Early Careers Manager within the Learning and Development team. She is responsible for trainee solicitor recruitment and solicitor apprentice recruitment and development.
