Lynn brings over 15 years of experience, having worked both as a consultant and inhouse to help organisations develop their approach to social and environmental aspects. Her expertise includes sustainability communications, stakeholder engagement and the integration of responsible business practices into core business operations. At Forsters, Lynn collaborates closely with colleagues across the firm to drive initiatives that enhance and support the firm’s overall approach and build resilience.

Lizzie Heighway

Lizzie leads the Responsible Business team at Forsters. She works across our culture, communities, environment and collaboration responsible business pillars to ensure the firm is supporting our people to thrive and making a positive contribution to the wider community and planet. She is passionate about the role of business in supporting wider society and environmental sustainability, and supporting action which can drive longer term change.

Lizzie spent several years working within the non-profit sector, including running strategic, communications, policy and operational projects, before transferring to the corporate sector. She worked at RBS and Virgin prior to joining Forsters, and is a Fellow of the highly regarded On Purpose programme.

Ayat is also a member of the Institute for Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability and is training towards a practitioner qualification in the field.

Ellie’s previous experience includes corporate partnerships at the Alzheimer’s Society working with companies to tailor their approach to community engagement and maximise the value they can contribute to the charity’s objectives.

He oversees the end-to-end recruitment processes for all levels of seniority across the Business Support teams. This entails delivering the highest level of service to stakeholders in the organisation, spanning Finance, BD & Marketing, HR, and IT, to ensure the acquisition of top-tier talent. Additionally, he offers diverse advice and support on employee-related matters throughout the organisation, in his function as an HR Generalist.

Rishi Chudasama

Rishi is the Recruitment Manager at Forsters and manages the hiring process of all professional staff. Recruitment is a key part of Forsters’ HR function and he is ultimately responsible for attracting and sourcing the very best talent for the firm.

His remit has a particular focus on fee earner hires at all levels (from associate to partner) including paralegals (or equivalent). He also oversees and manages business services recruitment function at all levels of seniority.

Rishi is a former solicitor and has extensive legal hiring expertise and knowledge, having previously worked in the legal recruitment agency sector and inhouse recruitment function at a city law firm.
