Group litigation

Skyscrapers stand prominently against a blue sky with scattered clouds, surrounded by lower buildings. The tall structures feature modern glass facades, creating a skyline in an urban setting.

Group litigation

Group litigation requires a highly strategic and organised approach to effectively manage and coordinate the claims of multiple claimants while providing comprehensive support for the whole group. It takes creativity and experience to devise and implement the internal systems and machinery to streamline and manage such cases, which can be disorganised and unwieldy in the wrong hands. The Forsters team has a very strong track record across a range of group litigation, from small groups to large, high-profile claims, ensuring that each client’s interests are represented and protected.

Our partner-led approach ensures that each member of the group receives appropriate attention and expert guidance throughout the process. We combine deep legal knowledge with a wealth of practical experience to navigate the complexities of group litigation, whether the subject matter involves investment or financial products, or other collective remedies.
