Beatrix is an Associate in the Commercial Real Estate team. She advises clients on a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including franchising, asset management work for both landlords and tenants, as well as the sale and purchase of properties and larger portfolios.
Her practice focuses on properties within the later living, retail, office and business spaces and industrial and logistics sectors for clients including institutional funds, boutique investors and major corporations.
As a result of the wide range of clients she works with, she is adept at understanding the different commercial context of each transaction and tailoring her legal advice accordingly. Beatrix is committed to helping her clients achieve their commercial goals by working collaboratively throughout transactions with all parties involved.
