Amelia Walsh

Senior Associate, Corporate

Amelia is a Senior Associate in the Corporate team.

She undertakes a wide range of corporate work, advising clients on mergers, acquisitions and disposals, joint venture and shareholder arrangements, company reorganisations and general corporate governance.

Amelia studied English Language and Literature at the University of Oxford before training and qualifying at Macfarlanes LLP in 2018, where she spent time on secondment at a global investment bank and a venture capital conglomerate. She joined Forsters in 2021.
